We work with people just like you. Professionals or Executives who have had a successful career, and now find themselves in a situation where the role they have doesn’t bring them the fulfillment they expect, or need to change job as they have been through a restructuring process. I also work with people who think about becoming entrepreneurs or independent consultants, or have recently set up their businesses and need to get things started.Our clients typically have 15, 20, or 25 years of professional life behind them, are around from 35 years old, often 40 or 45 years old. We also work with people who are 50+, too young to retire, and still a lot to bring to the world.

With our 30+ international career experience we have been confronted with more than 15 industries, across all continents. We are used to adapt quickly to new situations and have worked with multi-cultural, and multi-generations teams.

Our platform is in English, however we do speak English, French and Spanish.

Our program combine several decades of research in the field of Human Resources, Leadership, Business and Neurosciences. Having changed several times careers and worked in different geographies gives us a prompt ability to understand your context, emotionally and intellectually. We’ve been there! Our programs also highly focus on mindset, mental fitness, an critical ingredient for success.
